A few minutes ago, we heard Eli Elezra shout at a dealer.
"What are you doing?!?!" Elezra yelled. "Those were aces!"
When we arrived at the table, Elezra's hand was in the muck, and he was re-enacting what had happened. Apparently, facing an early position raise, Elezra went to go all in, and moved his cards forward to grab his chips. The dealer saw this as a folding motion, and pulled his cards into the muck.
The dealer said that he would call the floor, but Elezra didn't even want him to bother.
"The cards are in the muck," he insisted. "There is nothing they can do."
A player in the blinds called the preflop raise, then check-folded to a continuation-bet on a flop.
"Show a ten," Elezra begged the raiser.
