Good Call from Dion

Jerry Wong opened from the cutoff seat to 80,000 and received two callers. Yann Dion called from the small blind, and Andrey Shatilov called out of the big blind.

The three players took the {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop, and action was checked around to see the {4-Spades} land on the turn. Dion fired 175,000, Shatilov folded, and Wong made the call.

The {J-Clubs} came on the river, and Dion bet 215,000. Wong made it 450,000 to go, and Dion tank-called. Wong tabled the {9-Spades}{7-Spades}, but Dion's {5-}{5-} was best, and he won the pot.

George Clyde-Smith Eliminated in 11th Place ($95,000)

George Clyde-Smith (Day 4) -- 11th Place
George Clyde-Smith (Day 4) -- 11th Place

George Clyde-Smith raised to 80,000 from under the gun, and Dimitar Danchev called from the button. The dealer put out the {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop, and Clyde-Smith bet 120,000. Danchev raised to 280,000, then Clyde-Smith moved all in for around 900,000. Danchev called.

Danchev held the {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}, and Clyde-Smith had the {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}. On the turn, the {6-Clubs} landed, which left Clyde-Smith needing a queen or a club on the river to stay alive.

It wouldn't be, as the {4-Diamonds} hit the felt on fifth street, pairing the board and eliminating Clyde-Smith from the tournament in 11th place. He earned $95,000 for his finish.
