Wong Three-Barrels

Jerry Wong opened to 60,000 from the cutoff and George Clyde-Smith called from the small blind. Yann Dion three-bet to 120,000 and Wong called. Clyde-Smith folded and the flop brought a trio of fours- {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. Dion check-called 175,000 and the {9-Diamonds} turned. Dion checked again and Wong fired 300,000. Another call took us to the river.

The dealer made the {Q-Diamonds} fall on the river and Dion checked. Wong pushed out 650,000 and sent Dion into the tank before finally releasing his cards.

Robert Mizrachi Eliminated in 12th Place ($95,000)

Robert Mizrachi - 12th Place
Robert Mizrachi - 12th Place

Mikal Blomlie opened to 63,000 and it folded to Joel Micka who three-bet to 155,000 from the cutoff. Action came around to a short-stacked Robert Mizrachi who flat called from the small blind. Blomlie got out of the way and the two saw {8-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{K-Clubs}.

Mizrachi wasted no time immediately shipping his last 242,000 all in. Micka shrugged and tossed out a call.

Mizrachi: {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Micka: {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}

Mizrachi was ahead at the moment but needed to fade an ace, jack, or queen. He did exactly that when the {6-Spades} fell on fourth street. His hopes of staying alive in the tournament were dashed, however, when the {A-Spades} dropped down on the river, ensuring him a 12th place finish. Mizrachi will collect $95,000 for his efforts.

Mizrachi Chops To Stay Alive

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 4,000 ante

Ryan Fair raised to 63,000 on the button, and Robert Mizrachi reraised all in from the big blind for 540,000. Fair called with the {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} and was dominating the {A-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for Mizrachi.

The flop, turn and river ran out {Q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, and the two players chopped up the pot.

"Chop suey!" exclaimed Mizrachi after the river card hit the felt.

Another Save for Roy

Jonathan Roy raised to 350,000 from the hijack seat, and George Clyde-Smith called from the cutoff seat. Roy had just 13,000 behind, and put it all in on the {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop with a check-call. He held the {A-Clubs}{6-Clubs}, and Clyde-Smith had the {A-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}.
