Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Action folded to Paul Volpe in the small blind, and he moved all in against Adrian Mateos' big blind. With 55,500 in chips, Mateos made the call with {A-}{9-}. Volpe had {Q-}{10-}. The board ran out {9-}{4-}{2-}{5-}{4-}, and Mateos doubled up.

Little Doubles Through Newey

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Jonathan Little open-shipped all in for his last 55,500 and found a call from Paul Newey on the button.

Little: {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
Newey: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

Little jumped out into the lead on the {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}{5-Spades} flop and held onto that lead through the turn ({9-Spades}) and the river ({3-Clubs}). Little now has about 120,000 while Newey has fallen to 110,000.

Suck, Re-suck and Leah is Out

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Mike Leah
Mike Leah

From the hijack seat, Sergio Aido raised to 12,000. Mike Leah moved all in from the next spot in the cutoff position for around 135,000, and then play folded to Dan Heimiller in the big blind. He reraised all in, and Aido folded.

Heimiller had the {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and was dominating Leah's {A-Clubs}{10-Spades}.

The flop gave Leah the lead with the {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} peeling off, and the turn kept him in front with the {8-Spades}. The river was the {K-Clubs}, though, and that won Heimiller the pot and sent Leah to the rail.

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
Vladimir Troyanovskiy - Eliminated
Vladimir Troyanovskiy - Eliminated

Sam Trickett opened to 12,000 from early position and it folded around to Vladimir Troyanovskiy in the small blind who three-bet all in for 65,000. Action came back to Trickett and he called.

Trickett: {Q-Clubs}{J-Hearts}
Troyanovskiy: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}

Trickett was behind before the flop but that all changed in an instant after he flopped two pair with {9-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}. Troyanovskiy stood from the table and shook his head as the board finished with the {6-Diamonds} and the {6-Hearts}. He collected his belongings and left the tournament area while Trickett increased his stack to about 265,000.

Darren Elias
Darren Elias

Just before the last break, action folded to Ivan Soshnikov in the small blind, and he raised to 11,000. Darren Elias was in the big blind and reraised to 26,500. Soshnikov four-bet to 50,500, and Elias called.

The flop was {9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}, and Soshnikov bet 30,000. Elias called, and the turn was the {K-Spades}. Soshnikov bet 44,000, which was just under half of his remaining stack, and then Elias moved all in. Soshnikov folded, and Elias won the pot.

"Show me aces!" Soshnikov yelled out to Elias after he folded. Elias didn't show.

Defending Champ Eliminated

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Jake Schindler, who won this event last year, moved all in for his last 88,000 from the small blind. Daniel Negreanu looked at his cards and said "I think I'm supposed to call here." The PokerStars Team Pro continued to talk it over in his head and eventually decided to make the call.

The two were racing with Schindler holding {5-}{5-} and Negreanu {K-}{J-}. Schindler was looking good to double up after the flop and turn but the river was a jack to give Negreanu the pot.

I Got Good Cards

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Daniel Negreanu opened for 9,400 and Paul Newey three-bet to 25,000. It was folded back to Negreanu who peeked back at his cards and said "all in."

Newey looked over at Negreanu who smiled and said "I got good cards. That's why I did that. I'd never do that with bad cards. Ask anyone here."

Newey continued to study Negreanu who continued to laugh. Finally, Newey let his hand go.
