Cabrera Flops the Wheel

Level 8 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Oleksii Khoroshenin opened to 11,000 from the hijack and was called by Alex Foxen in the small blind and Pablo Cabrera in the big blind. The flop came {5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Foxen checked to Cabrera who tossed in a bet of 9,000. Khoroshenin folded and Foxen called.

The turn was the {k-Diamonds} and Foxen check-called another bet of 45,000 from Cabrera. The {3-Spades} paired the board on the river and Foxen quickly checked. Cabrera announced all in, having Foxen's stack of around 150,000 barely covered. Foxen thought for a moment and then made the call. Cabrera tabled {a-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} for a straight while Foxen showed {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} before leaving the table.

The flop came {8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{k-Clubs} to not change the current situation.

The turn was the {8-Clubs} which didn't help Chidwick in any way either but the river completed the board with the {a-Spades} for him to find a double through Kurganov.

Level 8 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

The flop read {k-Spades}{2-Spades}{8-Hearts} with 60,000 in the middle already.

Alex Foxen bet 21,000 from the small blind and Pablo Cabrera called in the big blind.

The dealer turned the {k-Diamonds} over for them and now Foxen checked. Cabrera bet 25,000 and Foxen called.

The river completed the board with the {q-Hearts}, Foxen checked for the last time. Cabrera shoved and Foxen tanked and handed over a time bank card. Foxen then asked for a count and the dealer confirmed Cabrera had 88,500 behind. Foxen used another time bank card while staring at Cabrera who just kept looking in front of him. In the end, Foxen opted to fold.

Dvoress Makes a Boat

Level 7 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Benjamin Pollak was down to around five big blinds and he shoved all in for 20,500 from under the gun. Daniel Dvoress gave it some thought from the big blind but eventually decided to call.

Daniel Dvoress: {q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}
Benjamin Pollak: {6-Spades}{5-Clubs}

The flop of {q-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades} gave Dvoress two pair and Pollak was drawing slim. The {9-Clubs} landed on the turn and the {q-Clubs} on the river improved Dvoress to a full house, sending Pollak to the registration desk.
