EPT 2014 Vienna Main Event champion Oleksii Khoroshenin and Benny Glaser were involved in a battle of the blinds and a bigger pot of around 19,000 had emerged. The completed board showed {K-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts}{8-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Khoroshenin checked with a stack of around 22,000.

Glaser bet 10,100 and that sent Khoroshenin deep into the think tank. He eventually called and Glaser turned over {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}, which ended up second-best to the {8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} of Khoroshenin.

A flop of {9-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Hearts} was dealt and checked through to the {q-Spades} turn. Kitai bet 3,600. Silver called.

The river brought the {q-Diamonds}. Kitai checked. Silver bet 12,500. His opponent snap-called. Kitai showed {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} bu that wasn't good enough as Silver revealed {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} to rake in the pot.
