Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Segebrecht Over Half a Million

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

On the turn, there was a board of {4-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} out and Claas Segebrecht had bet 27,000. Viet Van Vo thought nearly two minutes before shipping it in for 90,000. Segebrecht wasted no time calling it off.

Viet Van Vo: {K-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Claas Segebrecht: {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

There wasn't a single card in the deck that would save Vo's tournament life, making the {4-Hearts} river a mere formality. With the knockout, Segebrecht moved up to over half a million.
