Allan Mello Eliminated in 10th Place ($112,600)

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Allan Mello
Allan Mello

Action was heads up with over 600,000 in the middle and a full board of {2-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts} when Allan Mello called a 350,000 bet from Michel Dattani. Dattani turned over {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} to take the pot with eights and sixes, while Mello flashed the {8-Spades} and tossed the losing hand in the muck.

Moments later, Mello shoved his remaining 520,000 from the button and Dattani looked him up from the big blind.

Allan Mello: {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Michel Dattani: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}

The board ran out {5-Spades}{6-Spades}{j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and Dattani held on with pocket tens to eliminate Mello in 10th place for $112,600.

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Christoph Csik opened to 110,000 with {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} from under the gun. Alexandros Kolonias three-bet to 350,000 with {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} from the button. Csik called.

Both players checked the flop, turn and river for the final board to show {9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. Csik ace-high was good enough to win the pot.

Mello and Dattani Trade Chips

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

In a limped battle of the blinds, just a single bet and call were in the middle to the {q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{q-Spades} river. Allan Mello bet 250,000 for exactly the size of the pot and Michel Dattani called after brief consideration. Mello tabled the {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and that won the pot.

The Brazilian raised to 125,000 in the cutoff soon after and Dattani three-bet to 350,000 on the button for Mello to call. On a {5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop, Mello checked and folded once Dattani continued for 250,000.

Wakil Takes From Kolonias

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Jamil Wakil opened to 110,000 on the button with {k-Spades}{q-Spades}. Alexandros Kolonias three-bet to 400,000 from the small blind with the {3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}. Wakil called.

On the {10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades} flop, Kolonias continued for 175,000 and was called, which brought in the {k-Diamonds} turn, giving Wakil the best hand. Kolonias fired another 400,000 into the middle and Wakil called.

The {j-Hearts} river completed the board and Kolonias slowed down with a check. Wakil bet 1,250,000 after using up two time-banks and Konlonias folded.

Neves Chips Up Further

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Alexandre Raymond opened to 100,000 and was called by Allan Mello in the cutoff. The initial raiser bet the {j-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{7-Spades} flop to earn a call and then bet the {10-Diamonds} turn for 400,000 to win the pot uncontested.

Taylor Paur open-jammed for just shy of one million soon after from the small blind and Pedro Neves folded in the big blind.

Neves then opened to 100,000 on the button for Raymond to call out of the small blind. The duo headed to the {8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Spades} flop on which Raymond check-called for 75,000. Raymond checked again the {3-Hearts} turn and Neves' bet of 225,000 won the pot right there, as the Portuguese raked in further chips.
