That led them to the K♠Q♦9♣ flop on which Yu made top two while Phua had middle pair and a gutshot. Yu fired a bet of 500,000 and Phua made the call after careful consideration.

That brought the A♦ on the turn and Yu now checked, Phua grinned before checking it back.Yu jammed the 6♠ river and received no call.

Yu called with his gutshot and that led them to the 9♦ turn. Phua checked with the additional flush draw and Yu checked it back once more

The flush arrived with the 10♦ river and after which Phua bet 700,000 and Yu called to lose a decent portion of his stack.

Chen Ming Kong limped with the 10♦9♦ and Winfred Yu checked on the button with the Q♠9♠. On the 10♥9♣6♦ flop, Kong bet 200,000 for Yu to call and the J♥ turn followed. Kong now slowed down and checked, Yu jammed and took down the pot.

Soon after, a three-way limped pot emerged after which Yu folded on the K♣J♣9♣ flop when Kong bet 200,000 from under the gun with 10♣9♠. Paul Phua called on the button with the K♥8♣ and that led them to the 6♦ turn. Kong fired another bet worth 400,000 and was called by Phua.

The river paired the board with the J♦ and they checked it down this time, as Phua claimed the pot to further pull ahead.
