Danny Tang limped with the K♦10♣ and Chen Ming Kong checked on the button with the Q♥7♥. The K♣Q♦7♣ flop saw Tang check-call for 120,000 and he did so again on the K♥ turn for 250,000.

Both headed to the 6♣ river that completed a possible flush draw. This time, Tang opted to lead for 250,000 and Kong mulled it over for a while to then fold.

Four-Way Pot to Phua Without Any Post Flop Action

The new level started with a four-way limped pot that saw no betting action on the Q♥9♣7♥ flop and K♥ turn despite Danny Tang holding the K♠7♠ in the cutoff. The J♠ river was checked as well and Paul Phua won the pot with 10♦6♠ on the button as his straight was the worse hand until the final card before winning the pot.

Phua Wins Last Pot Before the Break

Four ways limoed to the A♥9♣7♣ flop, Paul Phua checked the A♣J♦ as first player to act. Chen Ming Kong did so with the 6♦6♣ and Winfred Yu bet 130,000 with the A♦10♦. Danny Tang on the button called with the A♠8♣ for top pair and straight draw as well, while Phua called and Kong folded.

After the Q♣ turn, Phua opted to bet for 250,000 and Yu folded, Tang instantly folded too as the last pot in the level was shipped to Phua. Once the hand was completed, the final five headed into a 15-minute break.

Kong Goes Runner-Runner But Receives No River Value

Chen Ming Kong limped the Q♥J♦, as did Danny Tang with the A♣7♠. Paul Phua on the button checked the 8♠8♣ and they headed to the A♠J♠7♦ flop. Kong bet 150,000 and Tang made the call while Phua folded.

After the 10♣ turn, Kong bet another 250,000 and Tang stuck around to the K♥ river. Kong double-checked his cards once more and even used a time bank extension to then bet a significant amount for 700,000 total. Tang didn't fall for it and folded as Kong pulled ahead.
