Lichtenberger Doubles Through Bonomo

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

With 5,500 in the middle and the board reading {Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Clubs}, Justin Bonomo bet out 4,000 from the small blind and Andrew Lichtenberger called in the big blind.

The river landed the {5-Spades} and Bonomo checked to Lichtenberger who bet 11,000 and was all-in.

Bonomo thought for a little, and then called. Lichtenberger revealed his {Q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for queens-up, and Bonomo mucked.

Katz Doubles Through Ligeri

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Justin Ligeri opened under the gun to 3,500, Tom Marchese made it 12,000 and Cary Katz shoved all in from the big blind. Ligeri announced a call and action was back on Marchese.

"That's his folding face," Katz observed. "I know his folding face."

Indeed, Marchese pitched his cards and left Katz and his {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} against {k-Spades}{10-Spades}. The {a-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs} board meant a double for Katz, and he collected 123,500 from his neighbor.

Ligeri Trips Up on Marchese

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

Justin Ligeri opened to 12,000 from the hijack and Brian Green called next to act in the cutoff. From the button, Tom Marchese moved all in for 113,000, and once the blinds folded, Ligeri called all in for 56,000 as Green folded.

Ligeri: {A-Spades}{6-Diamonds}
Marchese: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

The dealer spread a {6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} board and Ligeri spiked trips on the flop and held to double through back to starting stack.

Leng Climbing Higher

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Ryan Leng and Brian Rast built a pot of about 120,000 and both checked the turn to a final board of {6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades}{a-Spades}. Rast checked the river from the big blind. Leng moved all in to set Rast at risk for about 70,000 and Rast quickly folded, throwing in a time extension from some point in the hand when he needed it.

Kurganov First to the Felt

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Igor Kurganov
Igor Kurganov

From under the gun, Igor Kurganov either bet-called or check-called against Maurice Hawkins on a flop of {6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}, then he checked the {7-Clubs} turn. Hawkins set him in for about 25,000 and Kurganov called with a sigh.

Hawkins: {q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Kurganov: {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}

Both players had flush draws but Hawkins led with a pair. Kurganov was disappointed to see that, and he bricked the river when the {3-Hearts} arrived. He wished everyone good luck and took his leave.

Hutter Doubles Through Adams

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Randall Emmett opened to 4,500 from middle position and Barry Hutter three-bet his button to 14,000. From the small blind, Brandon Adams pushed out a stack of blue 5,000-denomination chips amounting to a cold four-bet of 101,000.

Emmett used one of his time extension chips before folding, as Hutter quickly called all in for 98,000.

Hutter: {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}
Adams: {10-Spades}{9-Spades}

The dealer spread a {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{8-Hearts} board, and Hutter doubled through to over 200,000 as Adams was left with just a handful of big blinds.

Boeree Ships on Leng

Level 3 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

We found Ryan Leng contemplating an all-in shove worth about 53,000 from Liv Boeree. The board read {j-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and Leng, from the button, had a roughly pot-sized bet of 14,500 in front of him. Boeree had jammed from the big blind and Leng used a time extension then folded at the buzzer.

"Flush any good?" he asked.

Justin Bonomo opened for 3,500 under the gun and Andrew Lichtenberger shoved for 29,000 in the next seat. Brian Rast moved in himself from the big blind and Bonomo quickly mucked.

Lichtenberger: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}
Rast: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

The flip went to Rast as he flopped an ace and held from there.

At a neighboring table, Isaac Haxton is up to about 335,000.
