Adams Forces a Nitsche Reentry

Level 7 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Dominik Nitsche
Dominik Nitsche

Dominik Nitsche potted for about 30,000 and had about the same amount back on {3-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{10-Spades}. Brandon Adams, who had checked from under the gun, put him all in and Nitsche quickly called.

Nitsche: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{q-Spades}{3-Hearts}
Adams: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}

Adams was drawing but he turned one of his best cards as the {10-Clubs} arrived, and Nitsche headed for the window to reenter after the {9-Hearts} river.

Adams Doubles Through Tosoc

Level 7 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Ryan Tosoc raised under the gun and Brandon Adams three-bet to 24,000 next to act. Action folded back to Tosoc, and he made it 92,000 total and Adams called.

The flop landed {10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts} and Tosoc bet out 100,000, and Adams called all in for 93,000.

Adams: {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{Q-Spades}{J-Spades}
Tosoc: {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}

Both players had flopped the straight with redraws, and when the turn and river landed the {10-Spades} and {10-Diamonds}, Adams went runner-runner full house to scoop the entire pot from Tosoc.

Lamb Swinging Back Up

Level 6 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

Three players checked a {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{j-Spades} flop and the {5-Hearts} hit. Anthony Zinno checked in the small blind, Ben Lamb bet 17,000, and Zinno called after the third player mucked. On the {3-Spades} river, Zinno checked and Lamb potted. It turned out to be 65,500 and Zinno folded in fairly short order.

Depa Gets There

Level 6 : 1,500/2,500, 2,500 ante

Big blind Jonathan Depa bet 4,000 on {3-Clubs}{5-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and got a call from Anthony Zinno. Ben Lamb made it 28,500 and only Depa continued to the {k-Diamonds}. Depa checked and called 65,000 and then tanked, using a time extension, on the {6-Diamonds} river. Ultimately, he checked and Lamb checked back.

"Flush," Depa said, showing {a-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a missed wrap that ended up backdooring diamonds.

"Played that one good didn't ya?" needled Keith Lehr, who was only half paying attention but saw a big pot pushed to Depa.

"Uh yeah," Lamb said. "Put in a bunch of money when I had the best hand and nothing when I didn't."
