As Negreanu explained this fitness trend, VanDyke and Ausmus checked down a board of 37594 as VanDyke turned over A8 to win the pot with ace-high.

The turn brought the 2 and Mizrachi again check-called a bet from Kupin, this time for 50,000.

Both players checked after the 5 on the river. Mizrachi turned over KQ to take the pot with his pair of queens, as Kupin mucked.
