Negreanu Takes From His Prodigy

Level 3 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu had just four-bet to win a decent pot preflop. The next hand, he opened on the button and Jeremy Becker defended in the big blind.

Becker checked on the flop of K10K and Negreanu bet 3,000. Becker called. Becker check-called again on the 3 turn as Negreanu sized up to 12,000.

Becker checked once more on the 3 river and Negreanu bet 21,000. Becker called. Negreanu showed K5 for kings full as Becker showed 103 to lose the pot with a worse full house.

Foxen Wins the Classic Race to Knock Out Yokosawa

Level 3 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Kristen Foxen
Kristen Foxen

Kristen Foxen raised to 4,000 from under the gun and was called by Ed Miller in the cutoff. It then folded to Masato Yokosawa in the small blind, who three-bet to 20,000. After the big blind folded, Foxen responded with a four-bet to 45,000. Miller folded, before Yokosawa five-bet all in for his stack of 154,500. Foxen took a moment before making the call to put Yokosawa at risk.

Masato Yokosawa: AK All in
Kristen Foxen: QQ

It was a classic race with Foxen in front with her pocket queens. She would then stay in front once the board ran out 9JJ105 to give her the pot and eliminate Yokosawa.

Haxton Drills the Nuts on the River

Level 2 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

With the small blind Ben Tollerene forced all in, Alex Foxen raised to 3,500 from middle position, and was called by the big blind Isaac Haxton.

After the 73K flop, Haxton check-called a bet of 3,000 from Foxen.

The turn brought the 10, and Haxton again check-called a bet from Foxen, this time for 19,000.

Once the A came on the river, Haxton checked to Foxen for a third time. Foxen bet once more, sizing up to 54,000.

Haxton took some time, before raising to roughly 210,000, leaving just 500 behind. Foxen wasted little time to fold his hand and give the sizable side pot to Haxton.

For the much smaller main pot, Haxton turned over the nuts with K6 after making a flush on the river, and Tollerene was heading to the exits after showing 72.

Ausmus Leaves Tollerene on Fumes

Level 2 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Action was picked up on the turn with the board showing 3K2J and roughly 10,000 in the pot.

After the turn Ben Tollerene in the big blind checked to Jeremy Ausmus in early position, and he bet out 4,000. Tollerene then raised to 16,000, which Ausmus called.

After the 2 on the river, Tollerene bet 43,000, leaving just 1,000 behind. Ausmus took a moment before moving all in for Tollerene's last 1,000, which he snap-folded to give the pot to Ausmus.

He Should've Called Gryko

Level 2 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Richard Gryko raised in late position and Ed Miller three-bet to 11,000 behind him. Gryko four-bet to 28,000 and Miller five-bet jammed a stack of just over 100,000. Gryko called with slightly less.

Richard Gryko: AA All in
Ed Miller: KK

Gryko was in a perfect situation until the flop landed K73 to give Miller a set. The board then finished out 57 as Gryko was sent to the rail in brutal fashion.
