"When I Was Younger the Better Hand Would Win Sometimes"

Connor Richards

Level 13 : Blinds 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Steve Zolotow limped in from the small blind and Justin Zaki jammed for 190,000 in the big blind. Zolotow called with a bigger stack.

Justin Zaki: A♦8♠ All in
Steve Zolotow: A♠9♣

Zolotow had his opponent pipped, but the board ran out 8♦6♣K♥Q♥J♦ to bring a double for Zaki and a quip from the New York poker legend.

"When I was young the best hand would win sometimes," Zolotow said to bring laughs from the table. "It's kind of gone out of style."
