Platt Doubles Through Rossitto

Level 7 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Justin Young opened in the hijack and Jeff Platt three-bet jammed a stack of around 75,000 from the cutoff before Michael Rossitto re-shoved on the button. Young folded.

Jeff Platt: 66 All in
Michael Rossitto: KQ

Platt was able to survive the flip for another double as the board ran out a safe 483J10.

Platt Chops Despite Being Flopped Nearly Dead

Level 7 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante
Jeff Platt
Jeff Platt

Jeff Platt has been on an open-jamming spree and did so from the button as Shannon Shorr called in the big blind after taking a seat at the table.

Jeff Platt: A2 All in
Shannon Shorr: A5

"Chop it up!" shouted Justin Young before the flop landed J75 to pair Shorr's kicker and have Platt drawing to just a few runner-runners.

The J turn kept things interesting as the A landed on the river to counterfeit Shorr's pair as the two chopped the pot.

The Katz Pajamas

Level 7 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante
Cary Katz
Cary Katz

In a heads-up pot on a board of 4K82, Cary Katz moved all in for 68,000 and was called by the bigger-stacked Daniel Stancer.

Cary Katz: 109 All in
Daniel Stancer: KJ

Stancer's top pair was no match for Katz' flush and the meaningless Q river rolled off to earn the PokerGO founder a double.

"Say Something About His Mother!"

Level 6 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Adam Bonilla opened on the button and Jeff Platt three-bet jammed a stack of 49,500 in the big blind.

"I like you," the qualifier told Platt. "So I'll always lean towards folding."

"Say something about his mother!" table mate Justin Young instructed Platt, who did not do so as Bonilla sent his cards to the muck.

A Defeated Sye

Level 6 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Sye Hickey was all in from the button against the bigger-stacked Michael Rossitto in the small blind.

Sye Hickey: J10 All in
Michael Rossitto: QJ

Hickey was dominated and didn't get any help as the board ran out Q76K5 to mark the qualifier's elimination.

Around the same time, Daniel Marcus was eliminated at the next table.
