Berk Putting on the Pressure

Level 12 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Marius Gierse raised to 24,000 on the button, and was called by the big blind Michael Berk.

After the 47K flop, Berk checked to Gierse, who bet out 16,000. Berk then raised to 45,000, which was called by Gierse.

The turn was the K, and Berk fired another bet, this time 115,000. That was enough to chase out Gierse, who mucked his hand to give the pot to Berk.
