Hero Call Gone Wrong for Bruch

Level 19 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

In a limped pot between the small blind Zach Bruch and Joao Simao in the big blind, action checked to the river when the board ran out 78J35.

Simao then bet out 70,000 with 65, and Bruch made the call with Q10, just queen high. Simao's pair of fives on the river was enough to give him the pot.

Dylan Linde Eliminated in 4th Place ($91,500)

Level 19 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Dylan Linde
Dylan Linde

Action folded to Joao Simao in the small blind and who moved all in for Dylan Linde's stack of 585,000, which he quickly called in the big blind to put himself at risk.

Dylan Linde: A10 All in
Joao Simao: 76

Linde woke up with a good ace in the big blind and was looking to get another double up through Simao. His ace high remained best after the 893 flop, but Simao picked up extra outs with his open-ended straight draw.

Then Simao took the lead after the 7 came on the turn, but Linde picked up his own open-ended straight draw. But the 2 was no help for him, giving the pot to Simao and ending Linde's run in fourth place.

Level 18 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Zach Bruch limped on the button with 108, Justin Zaki called as well with K8, and Joao Simao checked his option with 95.

The flop came 7AQ and all three players checked to the Q on the turn. It was then checked to Bruch who bet out 50,000. Zaki called with his flush draw, and Simao mucked.

The river was the A, and Bruch who had just ten high, fired another bet of 180,000. Zaki sat in the tank, before making the correct call with king high, to take the important pot.

Joao Siamo

The flop came 67K giving both Zaki and Simao top pair, while Bruch had bottom pair and the nut flush draw.

It was checked to Zaki, and fired out a bet 180,000, which both Simao and Bruch called.

The turn brought the 7, and this time after Bruch checked, Zaki checked as well, and Simao bet out 200,000. Bruch made the call, as did Zaki.

The river was the J, and all three players checked to showdown, and Simao scooped the pot with his king-queen.

Bruch Folds Out Simao Again

Level 18 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Zach Bruch
Zach Bruch

Action folded to Joao Simao on the button, and he raised to 100,000 with JJ, and Zach Bruch defended his big blind with 105.

The flop came 452 and Bruch who flopped top pair, but was still well behind Simao's jacks, check-raised a bet of 150,000 from Simao, to 300,000. Simao called.

After the Q on the turn, Bruch checked to Simao, who bet 315,000. Bruch then took some time, before raising all in for 1,540,000.

Simao thought over decision while the dealer confirmed Bruch's stack, but he didn't have much time think afterwards, thanks to him using 13-time banks at the 7-handed final table on Saturday, when he tanked for over 7 minutes before folding with ace high, only to be shown a worse ace high by Bruch.

Just like before, Simao found the fold with his jacks, to let Bruch take the pot and get another bluff through.

Zaki Gets Two Streets From Simao

Level 18 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Action folded to Justin Zaki in the small blind, and he limped in with A5 and Joao Simao checked his option in the big blind with Q2.

Both players hit a piece of the AQ3 flop, and Zaki bet out 60,000, which Simao called with second pair called.

After the 8 on the turn, Simao called another bet from Zaki, this time for 215,000.

The river was the 9 and both players checked and Zaki tabled the winner to take the pot of Simao.

Aram Zobian Eliminated in 5th Place ($68,625)

Level 18 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Aram Zobian
Aram Zobian

Aram Zobian opened to 100,000 in the cutoff, and Zach Bruch on the button three-bet all in for 1,500,000. It folded back to Zobian who quickly called for his stack of 590,000 to put himself at risk.

Aram Zobian: QQ All in
Zach Bruch: 99

Buch ran into the bigger pocket pair of Zobian, and could find no help on the 6A10 flop, but did pick up extra outs with a straight draw after the 7 on the turn. The river brought that draw right in when the 8 came on the river, to give Bruch the pot and knock out Zobian in fifth place.
