Vrkic Eliminated by Pickering

and Jamie Pickering obliged holding {J-Diamonds}

which didn't provide Vrkic with any assistance and he was eliminated, as Pickering now has one eye on a final table berth holding 65,000 chips.

McNamara Doubles Through Bhasin

Anthony McNamara popped it up to 6,000 before Roy Bhasin potted it to 20,000. The blinds folded and McNamara moved all in. Bhasin made the call.

and McNamara actually made jacks and fives to collect the pot about double up to about 85,000. Bhasin is back to 160,000.

Roy Bhasin raised it up to 4,000 before Jason Speedy reraised it to 15,000. Bhasin re-potted which was enough to put Speedy all in.

Bhasin had picked up aces again with {A-Clubs}

against Speedy's {K-Diamonds}

giving Bhasin a set and yet another pot to send Speedy to the rail. Bhasin is now well in front with about 203,000.

A big three-way all-in confrontation saw Roy Bhasin put his two opponents, Antonis Kambouris and Con Tsapkounis both at risk of elimination:

Amazingly both Bhasin and Tsapkounis showed aces in the hole as the board fell harmlessly as {2-Hearts}

to end the day for Kambouris as his opponents chopped up the pot.

David Ewing limped from late position before Antonis Kambouris popped it up to 9,000. Koray Turker then re-potted from the cutoff. The blinds folded and Ewing moved all in as Kambouris stepped aside.
