Adgee Advances To The Semi-Final

With a second round game still in progress, Andrew Jeffreys has become the first player to advance to the semi-finals.

The elimination hand went down with Delaney opening to 250 and Adgee making the flat call. The flop of {6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} saw Adgee check to Delaney who made it 275. Adgee check-raised to 700 and Delaney called.

The turn fell the {q-Hearts} and Adgee bet out 1,500. Delaney came over the top for 4,000 and Adgee moved all in. Delaney called and almost insta-mucked his cards upon seeing Jeffreys' {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. The tourney staff turned his hand over to reveal {a-Clubs}{6-Spades} and the river blanked the {10-Diamonds}.

Adgee also becomes the first player in the money.
