There was a decent-sized pot of about 15,000 in the middle on the river with the board reading {5-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{9-Clubs}. Sheldon Barksdale bet 10,000 over to Richard Lord, who called.

Ball Doubles Through Lee

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante
Corrinne Ball
Corrinne Ball

Action was joined as the flop read {5-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. The pot was about 14,000 and Corrinne Ball led out with a jam of 20,600. Sung Lee went into the tank to consider it.

"This is going to be the worst call ever!" she said as she sized up the hand. "Oh well, I guess I can rebuy" she added before calling.

Ball had the {5-Spades}{5-Clubs} set while Lee was behind with the {a-Spades}{q-Spades}. The turn was the {3-Diamonds} and the river the {k-Clubs} to give Ball the pot.

"I was trying to push you off of hearts," said Ball when Lee commented how she would not have expected a shove there with a set and Ball collected the pot.

Perkins Rivers the Winner

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

The action was on the river as the board read {9-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}. Donna Perkins bet 2,000 into a pot of about 8,000. Her opponent called.
