Hands #58-60: Trips for Sow

Level 30 : 60,000/120,000, 20,000 ante

Hand 58: Michal Mrakes raised to 275,000 with {9-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} on the button. Kalidou Sow defended big blind with {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}. The {6-Spades}{10-Clubs}{j-Spades} flop brought two pair for Sow and he check-raised over a 255,000 bet and won the pot.

Hand 59: Sow opened to 280,000 with {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}. Mrakes called with {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}. They both missed the {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop and Mrakes folded to a bet of 285,000.

Hand 60: Sow raised to 250,000 with {q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}. Mrakes called with {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and Jason Wheeler called with {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}. The {9-Spades}{2-Spades}{a-Spades} flop most connected with Sow, and his continuation-bet of 210,000 got called by Mrakes.

The turn was the {9-Hearts}. Mrakes bet 925,000 and Sow called. The river was a {10-Clubs} and Mrakes slowed down with a check. Sow tanked awhile and then took the showdown.
