Lee Eliminates Badziakouski

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Mikita Badziakouski
Mikita Badziakouski

Hon Cheong Lee shoved in the small blind and Mikita Badziakouski called it off for about 280,000 in the big.

Lee: {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Badziakouski: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}

The high roller from Belarus needed to pair and did so on the {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop, but Lee stayed best with aces. Badziakouski called for a jack but got only the {6-Hearts} on the turn and the {3-Spades} river missed him as well.

Some Confusion Ends With Lee Moving All In

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

From early position, Gabriele Lepore opened for 40,000. It folded to big blind Hon Cheong Lee who, because of being hidden partly in a big scarf, wasn't heard correctly when he started talking about a hand earlier. The dealer heard he said all in and tossed the all in triangle in front of him.

Lee instantly said he hadn't said all in, he had just talked about a hand earlier maybe mentioning those words. Lepore wasn't too sure what Lee was saying either and just showed his stack behind.

After about a minute or so, Lee now did move in. Lapore shook his head and folded.

Golan Gets There But Checks

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

After a raise early and a call from cutoff Thomas Lentrodt, Navot Golan made it 155,000 to go on the button. He and Lentrodt saw a {5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} flop heads up and Lentrodt check-called 112,000. Both checked the {4-Diamonds} and {4-Spades} and Lentrodt showed {j-}{j-}. Golan had {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}, though, making a wheel on the turn.

Foxen Loses a Showdown

Level 22 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Alex Foxen defended his big blind from a cutoff raise by Valentyn Shabelnyk and check-called the flop. He check-called 118,000 more on the turn with the board reading {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{j-Spades}. The river was the {4-Spades} and each player checked.

Foxen opened {q-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for flopped top pair but he'd been smashed postflop by {7-Clubs}{7-Spades} for a set.
