Crevena Picks Up a Small One

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

On one of the tables, there's a selection of players from several countries but surprisingly no Germans yet.

The flop read {9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} with about 700 in the pot already. Alessandro Crevena (big bind) checked, as did Levi Mulders (hijack) and Ruben Blanca Garcia (button).

They also all checked through the {3-Clubs} on the turn to the {Q-Hearts} on the river. Crevena bet 300 and both Mulders and Blanca Garcia folded.

Terzi Takes from Browne

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

Sefa Terzi raised from the cutoff and called the three-bet to 875 by Sam Browne on the button. On the {9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Spades} flop, Terzi checked and called a continuation bet worth 1,175 by Browne before both players checked the {9-Hearts} on the turn.

The {A-Diamonds} river completed the board and Terzi checked once more, which prompted Browne to bet 1,300. Terzi now check-raised to 4,200 and Browne gave it plenty of thought before tossing in a single chip for the call. Terzi rolled over the {A-Hearts}{9-Spades} for a full house to receive an early boost to his stack.

Holke Spotted in the Field

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

2015 Eureka Poker Tour champion, Tom Holke has taken his seat and can be easily spotted in the tournament area as he is wearing his hat and boa in the well known German colors.

Holke just had to fold on a {J-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} board when his opponent Emre Nebipasagil bet 700 in a pot of about 1,350.

Meyer Takes One

Level 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

In a four-way limped pot at the end of the previous level, the flop showed {10-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Dieke Meyer bet 300 from the cutoff which only Serafino Koehne check-called. Both players checked the {2-Spades} turn and Koehne bet the {7-Hearts} river for 450. Meyer quickly called and rolled over {10-Spades}{9-Spades} as winning hand, Koehne mucked.

A few tables over, Wim Verhaegen from Belgium has taken a seat as the field today appears to be more international.
