Frunze Doubles Through Willis; Gives Some Back

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Hand 1

Valentin Frunze moved all in for 122,000 from under the gun and the action folded to Robert Willis in the small blind, who just called with a few chips more. Frunze showed the {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Willis had that dominated with {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}.

The "old dog" from Ireland, like he called himself, had been entertaining the table for the entire day and said "just give me the jack" to the dealer. The flop fell {A-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and nothing much changed. On the {10-Spades} turn, Frunze improved and Willis let out a very dry "oh fuck sake," before the {7-Spades} river bricked.

Hand 2

One hand later, Willis moved all in from the button for his last 26,000 and Frunze called in the big blind without looking at the cards.

Robert Willis: {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}
Valentin Frunze: {7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}

"Oh come on, don't beat me with the worst hand," and the flop came {Q-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Spades}. Willis added some table chat, and after the {3-Diamonds} turn changed nothing, the {J-Spades} on the river gave Willis the double and the entire table cheered.
