Neuville Shoves Preflop

Level 7 : 300/600, 100 ante

Marius Vik Enebakk was in a raising war with Pierre Neuville on his right. Enebakk had just made it 4,500 and looked fairly disgusted with the situation when Neuville responded by moving all in, covering Neuville.

A few deeps sighs later and Enebakk folded. Neuville offered to show him one card and Enebakk pointed at one of them. Neuville turned over the {a-Spades}.

Orpen Kisacikoglu joked that it was Ace-Queen and the Ace-Deuce but Enebakk wasn’t in the mood for jokes and continued to shake his head.

Javier Zarco Busts Paul-Francois Tedeschi

Level 7 : 300/600, 100 ante

A raise to 1,300 was ahead of Paul-Francois Tedeschi on the button and Javier Zarco three-bet to 4,800 from one seat over in the small blind. The big blind folded and Tedeschi then moved all in for around 19,500, Zarco quickly called with the slightly superior stack.

Paul-Francois Tedeschi: {A-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Javier Zarco: {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}

The board ran out {Q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and that was it for Tedeschi, who had fired two bullets and failed to run up a stack.

Flying Start For Liv Boeree

Level 7 : 300/600, 100 ante

Morten Mortensen was in the big blind facing off against PokerStars Team Pro Liv Boeree with the board at the turn reading {3-Spades}{a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}.

There was 6,000 in the middle and it was swollen further when Mortensen check-called a bet of 3,700 from Boeree. The river card was the {2-Spades} and a check from Mortensen saw a bet of 10,000 from Boree.

Mortensen called and mucked when Boeree showed {a-Spades}{10-Spades}.

Mortensen Takes Some

Level 7 : 300/600, 100 ante

Liv Boeree was among several players to join after the dinner break, some of them are still awaiting a seat assignment right now to be exact. Boeree had just sat down when Benjamin Morrison raised to 1,500 from under the gun. Morten Mortensen called from one seat over and Boeree called in the big blind.

The flop fell {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and was checked to Mortensen. The Dane bet 2,300 and Boeree folded, Morrison called. Both remaining players then checked through the {Q-Hearts} turn and the {Q-Clubs} river. Mortensen flipped over {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and that won the pot.

Hand 1

On the heads-up turn of {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{7-Spades}, Adrian Allain bet 3,500 and Thomas Winstone check-raised to 8,000 from early position. Allain called and then faced the bet worth 12,000 by Winstone on the {10-Spades} river. Allain eventually folded after plenty of consideration and later said he had ace-ten.

Hand 2

One hand later, Winstone took down a small pot with {A-Hearts}{9-Spades} for top pair against the second pair of Elias Abou Saleh before the last hand of the level provided fireworks. Slaven Popov raised to 1,300 and Saleh shoved for 9,450 from two seats over on the button. Winstone sat in the big blind and tossed in 15,500, thinking he had called. Popov reraised all in and Winstone asked for a count. Once it was determined to be 18,075, the Brit called to create a three-way all in.

Elias Abou Saleh: {6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}
Slaven Popov: {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds}
Thomas Winstone: {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

The board came {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{K-Hearts} and the flush on the board played, as none of the players involved had any hearts - chop it up!

"He talked about taking the re-entry for quite some time, so I figured I was ahead of him," Winstone said after the hand was over and everyone headed into the dinner break.
