Straight Flush for Schulze

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Pierre Neuville has re-entered during the dinner break, same as Rasmus Agerskov, while Hubert Matuszewski eventually bowed out. Aleksandr Nemtcov also busted a second time, and Vladimir Troyanovskiy won't add a second High Roller trophy to his Rozvadov resume.

Last but not least, Stiijn Jan Pollentier and Uguet de Resayre Aguilera were eliminated, while Stefan Schulze doubled up with {9-Spades}{7-Spades} after rivering a straight flush.

Back to the Starting Stack for [Removed:198]

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Jean Paul Zaffran raised to 2,200 and [Removed:197] moved all in for his last 12,400 from two seats over. The rest of the table folded and Zaffran called to put [Removed:198] at risk.

[Removed:197]: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}
Jean Paul Zaffran: {8-Clubs}{8-Spades}

The flop fell {A-Spades}{2-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and [Removed:198] had the double all but locked up, except for the runner runner quads miracle. It was done by the {4-Diamonds} turn, making the {10-Hearts} river a formality.

Matuszewski Doubles Twice

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Tomas Soderstrom doubled in the first hand after the break and Hubert Matuszewski was left crippled, then all in right after. Soderstrom and his table neighbor in the big blind looked him up. On the {7-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs} river, Soderstrom bet 4,200 in the small blind and the big blind called.

Soderstrom turned over {9-Spades}{5-Hearts}, the big blind had {6-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and Matuszewski the {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}.

One hand later, two players limped in and Matuszewski shoved for his last 4,700. Rinat Bogdanov as first limper reshoved and Milan Sasek folded. Matuszewski had {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and got there against the {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts} of his opponent on a board of {A-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades}.

Late Re-Entries

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

Roman Cieslik, Kully Sidhu and Georgios Vrakas all bought back in during the dinner break, while Jean Paul Zaffran's table was closed and the Frenchman got moved to the very seat he started in and busted.

Dinner Break for the High Rollers

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

Level eight has come to an end, and the players were sent into a 45-minute dinner break. Once the cards get back in the air, the registration will close and all players that still have chips now won't be able to re-enter. So far, the screens show 116 entries, of which 65 remain.

Troyanovskiy Doubles; Neuville Busts

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

In the last hand of the level, Nicolas Szulc raised to 2,100 and Vladimir Troyanovskiy moved all in for his last 10,900. The big blind folded and Szulc snap-called.

Vladimir Troyanovskiy: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}
Nicolas Szulc: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The board ran out {8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{A-Spades} and Troyanovskiy spiked an ace on the river to save €2,200, but miss out on a fresh stack of 30,000.

Pierre Neuville has this opportunity, however it comes off busting the third bullet in the last hand against Marcin Chmielewski. Neuville had flopped two pair with {7-}{5-}, but Chmielewski already had a straight with {6-}{4-}. Turn and river bricked and that was it for Neuville.

Kiselev Triples Up

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

There has been plenty of action. Paul Skipper busted an opponent when flopping two pair with {A-Clubs}{9-Clubs} and an opponent called his shove with {A-}{K-} for top pair only. Jonas Lauck busted and re-entered while Emil Borno, Miroslav Forman and Jiri Horak were eliminated. €5,300 King's High Roller Viliyan Petleshkov entered not long ago and has been able to increase the stack slightly already.

Horak's elimination came off a raising war when the cutoff and Horak on the button started the action. Daniil Kiselev three-bet in the small blind and the initial raiser called, Horak then moved all in and both opponents did so as well.

Daniil Kiselev: {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}
Jiri Horak: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
Cutoff: {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}

The board ran out {K-Spades}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades} and Kiselev tripled up for 23,600, while Horak was covered by the cutoff to join the rail. At almost the same time, Andrey Andreev busted for a second time and Kully Sidhu came up short on the first one.

Neuville Busts for a Second Time

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

On the flop of {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}, Randy Lew checked out of the small blind and Pierre Neuville led for 6,100 in the hijack with another 15,000 behind. Lew had a closer look at the stack of the Belgian before check-raising to 14,000 and quickly called the shove of Neuville.

Pierre Neuville: {J-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
Randy Lew: {9-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

The {J-Hearts} on the turn instantly filled up Lew to a straight, and the {3-Spades} river was a blank. Neuville busted on his second entry, and will have to re-enter before the end of this level or he is officially eliminated.
