Kulcsar Gets River Bet Through

There was 24,000 in the pot. Andrew Moreno in the hijack against Gergely Kulcsar on the button and Elio Fox in the small blind.

The board read {q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades}{9-Clubs} and action checked to Kulcsar who bet 15,000. Only Moreno called.

The {9-Diamonds} was the river and Moreno checked. Kulcsar counted out a bet of 38,000 and put it in the middle. Moreno quickly folded.

At the live streamed table, Alexandra Botez limped from the hijack with {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and Jamie O'Connor three-bet from the button with {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts} to 1,400. Botez added the remainder to call.

The dealer spread a flop of {10-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and Botez check-called a bet of 1,100 from O'Connor.

On the {q-Clubs} turn, Botez led out for 3,000 and O'Connor called.

The {8-Spades} completed the board and Botez continued for 5,000. O'Connor raised it up to 16,300 with ace-high, and Botez went deep into the tank, then called, claiming the pot with queens and eights.

Frank Russo opened to 1,100 on a flop of {9-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and was raised to 5,000 by Lewis Spencer. Russo made the call and the two went to the turn {10-Spades}.

Russo checked to Spencer, who continued for 3,200 but then Russo jammed it in for his remaining 15,000.

Spencer then made the call and the cards were on their backs, with Russo at risk.
