PokerNews is at the 2019 Potomac Poker Open (PPO) to offer live updates from three tournaments, but those are just a few of the 14 events that played out at MGM National Harbor.
Another was Event #9: $370 No-Limit Hold’em, a tournament that drew 84 entrants and created a $25,200 prize pool.
That was paid out to the top nine players with Kenneth Schaefer of Lexington, Virginia coming out on top for $8,190.
It was a bit of redemption for Schaefer, who at the beginning of the 2019 PPO finished eighth in the $370 Opening Event for a career-high $12,022.
