Franze Finds a Double

Level 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante
Joey Franze
Joey Franze

Five ways on a flop of {5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}, the player in the big blind went all in for just over 11,000 and was called on his immediate left by Joey Franze for his last 10,700. Everyone else got out of the way and hands were revealed.

Joey Franze: {2-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Big blind: {a-Hearts}{2-Clubs}

Franze held a near insurmountable lead with his flopped full house. The {3-Spades} turn and {3-Clubs} river changed nothing and Franze doubled through.

Hitchcock Lays on The Aggression

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

The player under-the-gun opened to 500 and action folded around to Jane Hitchcock, who three-bet to 2,100 on the button. Action folded back to the original raiser, who called.

The flop came {5-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and Hitchcox's opponent check-folded to a bet from Hitchcock.

On the very next hand, Hitchcock raised a single limper from early position, which got a, "Here, take it," from her opponent before folding.

Jin Chips up Early

Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

On a flop of {8-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}, Jay Jin was heads up against a player in middle position, who checked. Jin bet 900 on the button and his opponent check-raised to 2,200. Jin called.

The turn brought the {q-Diamonds} and Jin led out for 2,100, which his opponent called.

The {5-Diamonds} completed the board and Jin bet again — this time for 2,600. His opponent called to see and Jin showed {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a flush, which was good enough to take the pot as Jin's opponent mucked.
