Ron Hayden Leads, Matt Mullins in Contention in $400 40/40 Event

Just 22 players remain heading into Day 2 of the $400 40/40 event and leading the way is Ron Hayden as the only player with over a million in chips (he bagged 1,070,000).

Day 2 action kicks off now at 2 p.m. local time and will play to a winner. The event drew 222 runners for a prize pool of $73,260, nearly double the $40,000 guarantee.

Each returning player is guaranteed a payday of $716, while a top prize of $16,262 awaits the champion.
