Cotich Jumps Up

Level 6 : 200/400, 75 ante

On a {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop it was George Cotich who called a bet of 2,300 and on the turn the {6-Clubs} hit. Cotich's opponent bet another 3,200, and he responded to it by quickly moving all in for about 27,000.

Cotich's opponent went into the tank for quite some time, before ultimately folding {Q-}{Q-} face up.

"I had a straight and a flush draw," Cotich said, as he raked in the chips.

"That means I was drawing dead," his opponent responded.

Cappucci Gets Some More

Level 6 : 200/400, 75 ante

After a raise to 800 one player called and Jimmy Cappucci three-bet to 2,500 from the small blind. Dustin Zech called from the big blind and the initial raiser called as well.

The flop brought out {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Cappucci bet 3,000, only to get called by Zech. On the turn, the {2-Spades}, and the river, the {J-Hearts}, both players checked and Cappucci showed {Q-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} to take the pot down, as Zech held {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}.
