Gorenc Re-Enters, Gets Rivered

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

The action folded to the player on the button and he opened to 800 with both Marty Gorenc in the small blind, and the player in the big blind calling.

The flop fell {10-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and the blinds checked to the original raiser who bet out 2,000. Gorenc check-raised to 4,100 as the big blind folded.

Gorenc's opponent then pushed all in for 12,750 and Gorenc called.

Gorenc: {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Opponent: {7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

The turn of the {6-Spades} opened up more outs for Gorenc to fade, but when the {9-Clubs} completed the board on the river, Gorenc's opponent would double as he dropped to just 10,000 in chips.

Apostol Arrives

Level 3 : 100/200, 25 ante

Three-time Survivor contestant Tyson Apostol has just taken his seat in today's flight.

Apostol fired multiple bullets on Day 1a, but he'll be hoping for a smoother ride into Day 2 on this bullet.

Capps and Kane Arrive

Level 2 : 75/150, 25 ante

Last year's second-place and fifth-place finishers in Jesse Capps and Kristin Kane have both taken their seats in today's tournament.

Unfortunately for Capps, this is his second bullet as he busted early yesterday in a hand that he refused to tell the PokerNews blogging team.
