Guilford Flips Out Pease

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Tim Guilford raised to 2,500 from UTG, and the player next to act three-bet to 6,500. Jason Pease four-bet jammed for 21,900 in the big blind, and Guilford five-bet shoved for 85,000, chasing out the UTG+1 player.

Guilford: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Pease: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

The {3-Clubs}{7-Spades}{10-Spades} flop delivered a set for Guilford, and Pease was left dead after the {7-Clubs} turn and {5-Spades} river gave Guilford a full house.

McCormick Seeking Second RIU Reno VIII Bounty Title

Level 7 : 400/800, 800 ante

Frank Lagodich raised to 2,000 from the button, and was called by the small blind, as well as Tuesday's $235 Black Chip Bounty champ Donnie McCormick in the big blind.

All three players quickly checked the {5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop, and the small blind checked the {3-Clubs} turn. McCormick bet 2,500, and only Lagodich called.

The {4-Clubs} fell on the river, and McCormick bet 3,000. Lagodich folded and McCormick took down the pot.

Schoonbaert Gets a Double Bounty

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

Carlos Pal, who won the Run It Up Reno Platinum Pass Freeroll, raised to 1,600 from the lojack, and Team partypoker Pro Ryan Schoonbaert called in the hijack. Sandra Morse three-bet shoved for 6,500 in the small blind, and Pal four-bet jammed for 13,300. Schoonbaert gave it some thought, then plunked in a call.

Pal: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}
Schoonbaert: {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs}
Morse: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Schoonbaert picked up a big draw on the {8-Spades}{9-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop, and the {10-Clubs} turn filled his straight and added a flush draw, while Pal was still alive with an open-ended straight draw of his own. The {3-Clubs} improved Schoonbaert further to a flush, and he claimed the double knockout.

Lindsay's Quads Felt Roselius

Level 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

From the big blind, Katie Lindsay checked a {6-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{j-Hearts} flop over to Steve Roselius in the cutoff, who bet 2,600. Lindsay woke up with a check-raise to 9,000, and Roselius responded with a three-bet shove for 62,000. Lindsay, who barely had Roselius covered, shrugged and said, "Okay, I call."

Lindsay: {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}
Roselius: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

Both players had flopped huge hands, with Roselius holding top pair and the nut flush draw, while Lindsay had bottom set. Any drama in the hand was quashed quickly when the {6-Spades} turn have Lindsay quads.

"Ooh, that's going to be hard to beat!" Roselius, who had already accrued three $500 bounties, said. The {9-Spades} completed the board on the river, and after counting up the stacks, Roselius hit the rail while Lindsay scooped in the six-figure pot and the bounty.

Barry Bats .500

Level 5 : 300/500, 500 ante

A player jammed his last 2,600 from the cutoff, and the button three-bet jammed for 9,900. Dan Barry called in the small blind to put both players and their bounties at risk.

Barry: {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Button: {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Cutoff: {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

The {4-Spades}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} flop was dry for all three players, as was the {j-Spades} turn. The {5-Diamonds} river kept the cutoff's ace-high in front for a triple up, but Barry's seven kicker with his king was enough to eliminate the button and earn Barry one $500 bounty.
