Wells Shoves the River
Level 8
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Matt Braukmann raised to 2,500 in middle position and was called by an opponent in the hijack before Weston Wells three-bet to 10,500 in the big blind. Both opponents called.
The flop came K♥A♠2♣ and action checked to the hijack, who bet 12,500. Wells called, while Braukmann got out of the way.
Both players checked the 9♦ turn, and Wells then moved all in for 20,000 on the 3♠ river. His opponent snap-folded.
