Keppel Doubles Through Kreeger

Keppel needed to improve, but he had two overcards working for him to accomplish that feat as they went to a runout.

Keppel did not have to wait long, as the flop came 7♥2♣Q♥ to give Keppel the best hand with a pair of queens.

The 2♥ turn kept Keppel in the lead, and he held the better flush draw with the king of hearts, as Keeger was still drawing to two outs.

Keppel would secure the pot when the 10♦ came on the river to earn the double.

Shirinian checked the J♠5♥4♦ flop before Ma continued for 180,000. Shirinian stuck around with a call.

The J♥ turn resulted in Shirinian taking the betting lead when he chose to wager 200,000 on fourth street. Ma gave it considerable thought before he tossed his hand into the muck to award the pot to Shirinian.

This hand was picked up on the turn of a board that read 3♥9♠3♠4♥ with approximately 350,000 already in the middle.

Peter Yang chose to bet 90,000 from the big blind position. Vy Nguyen countered with an all-in for 385,000 from the hijack.

Yang went deep into the tank as he thought over the decision. Yang took enough time that the clock was called on him. The floor counted down the time until his hand was rendered a fold.

Nguyen showed A♦6♦ for ace high as he dragged in the chips in.
