Anthony Swensen limped from under the gun, which led to a limp from Ricky Flora from early position. Phillip Echelar raised the price of admission when he popped it to 1,500 from the small blind. Both Swensen and Flora made the call to create a three-handed pot.

The 8♣4♥K♠ flop was checked by both Echelar and Swensen. Flora took the initiative with a bet of 2,100. Echelar called, but Swensen was done and folded.

Echelar checked again on the Q♣ turn. Flora fired a second barrel for 2,300, which led to a fold from Echelar.

Thayer held the slight edge as Lee was looking to hit one of his overcards as they went to a runout.

The 10♦6♥Q♥ flop gave Lee additional outs, as he could hit a king for a straight.

Lee gained more straight outs on the 9♦ turn, but it was not meant to be, as the 2♦ river was a blank that awarded Thayer the pot and eliminated Lee.

Sang Park bet 80,000 from the under-the-gun position, which led to a call from Larry Thomas on the button.

The 10♣ turn did not slow down Park, as he continued his betting ways with a wager of 2,500. Thomas hung in there with a call.

Park fired a third barrel to the tune of 10,000 on the 10♠ river. Thomas was no longer interested as he mucked his hand to yield the pot to Park.

The 5♥Q♠7♦ flop was checked by Flora before Walters continued for 3,000. Mujkic and Flora both called.

Mujkic bet 6,000 on the 6♠ turn after it was checked to him. Flora folded, but Walters stuck around with a call.

Walters took the initiative with a bet of 10,000 on the 9♥ river. Mujkic was not messing around as he chose to go all-in to put Walters at risk. Walters did not bite, as he folded, awarding the pot to Mujkic.

The J♠ turn saw fireworks as Qiu chose to go all-in for 22,500. Damgaard asked for a count before he made the call to put Qiu at risk.
