Welcome to Day 1a of the RunGood Cup Championship
Three preliminary events have led to this, the first day of the first ever RunGood Cup Championship.
Final table qualifiers of previous RunGood Main Events and winners of lead-in events to those Main Events have all earned $2,000 Blaycation packages that include a buy-in to the RunGood Cup Championship. Additionally, entry is open to anyone willing to pony up the $675 to play. Given that, we expect to see numerous former final table players at some point this weekend, including past winners this season Brandon Fish, Troy Repp, and Will Berry.
Today is the first of three starting flights in the RunGood Cup Championship, with 13 levels on tap, each lasting a half hour apiece. Players will be allowed to reenter as many times as they wish up until the end of the second break. Each player will start with 20,000 and blinds begin at 25/50, ending at 1,500/3,000 with a 500 ante.
