Big Slick Doesn't Do the Trick for Conlan

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Adrian Jimenez opened for 5,000 from early position only to have Mike Conlan, who hasn't been too active, three-bet all in for 29,400 from the cutoff. Action folded back to Jimenez and he thought for 30 seconds or so before making the call.

Conlan: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Jimenez: {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

Jimenez had some major kicker issues, and while they didn't get resolved on the {2-Hearts}{j-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop, they did on the {9-Spades} turn as he paired his nine. Conlan watched helplessly as the {5-Diamonds} blanked on the river and he was sent to the rail.

Din, Din, Dinsmore

Level 12 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

We're not sure of the preflop action, but we do know Adam Dinsmore got his stack of 75,600 all in preflop from the big blind and Jordan Morgan had him at risk from the button.

Dinsmore: {k-}{10-}
Morgan: {k-}{9-}

Both players held a king, which meant Dinsmore's kicker made him the heavy favorite. The {6-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop was nothing special, and neither was the {8-Spades} turn. Morgan needed a nine to win the pot outright, but it wasn't in the cards as the {3-Spades} blanked on the river. Ship the double to Dinsmore

The Complete Decimation of Bryan Campanello

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante

RunGood Ambassador Bryan Campanello just stopped by our desk to inform us he had been eliminated from the tournament.

As he told it, a player opened for 4,500 and another player called in between. Campanello then shipped for 42,000 from the big blind with {a-}{j-}, the original raiser folded, and the third player called holding {9-}{9-},

The {q-}{10-}{2-} turn gave Campanello a gutshot Broadway draw, while the {3-} turn meant he needed either a jack, king, or ace on the river to stay alive. The dealer burned one last time and put out a {9-}, the last card the World Series of Poker bracelet winner would see in the 2015 RunGood Poker Series Horseshoe Council Bluffs Main Event.

Tucker Done and Dusted

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante
Isaac Tucker
Isaac Tucker

Action exploded on a {5-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} flop between Isaac Tucker and Adrian Jimenez, with the former getting his stack all in.

Tucker: {k-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Jimenez: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}

Tucker had flopped top pair, but he needed more help to crack the pocket rockets of Jimenez. The {3-Spades} turn didn't do it, and neither did the {3-Clubs} river. With that, Tucker exited the Main Event for a final time.

Phan Hits Gin Card on the Turn

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 300 ante

With around 11,500 in the pot and a flop of {5-Spades}{8-Spades}{q-Hearts}, the player in the small blind bet 5,000 and Ryan Phan called from the cutoff. After the dealer burned and turned the {6-Hearts}, the small blind bet 15,000 and Phan moved all in for 22,100 more. The big blind snap-called and was disgusted upon seeing the cards.

Phan: {4-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
Big Blind: {q-Spades}{9-Spades}

Phan turned a straight, but he wasn't out of the woods as his opponent held flush and straight draws. The dealer burned one last time and put out the {4-Hearts}. Phan dodged danger and was shipped the double.

Reichard's Main Event Comes to an End

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 300 ante
Josh Reichard
Josh Reichard

Former MSPT Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells champ Josh Reichard is heading back to Janesville, Wisconsin after getting coolered.

Reichard stopped by our desk to inform us of his demise, which came after a player, who barely had him covered, moved all in. Reichard looked down at {q-}{q-} and called off, only to discover his opponent held {k-}{k-}. Lady luck didn't smile on Reichard, and he exited the tournament floor. He did mention he will be returning to the Horseshoe Council Bluffs in a few weeks for the World Series of Poker Circuit.
