Campanello, Woodson Find Doubles

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante
Bryan Campanello
Bryan Campanello

RunGood Team Pro Bryan Campanello had his last 6,600 or so all in when we got to his table. Another player was already all in for just 2,000, and Tim Woodson put everyone at risk.

"All right, let's see what happens," he said as he splashed in the chips.

Woodson: {10-}{10-}
Campanello: {k-}{q-}
Third player: {6-}{4-}

The flop came queen-high and Campanello collected the pot after both opponents failed to catch him.

Some time later, Woodson opened under the gun to 950 and saw a player three-bet him. He jammed for about 8,000 with {a-}{q-} and saw his opponent call with {a-}{k-}. The flop brought a jack and a ten, and a king on the turn gave Woodson a Broadway straight to double.

Peck Doubles Through Tepen Before Break

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

We found Chris Peck and Ryan Tepen all in preflop with the former at risk for 13,925.

Tepen: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Peck: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}

The board ran out {4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{k-Diamonds}, keeping the aces in front and leaving the RunGood Team Pro short.

Players are on break for 15 minutes.

Nye Flushes Woodson to the Depths

Level 4 : 150/300, 25 ante

Jonathan Nye bet 6,000 on a board of {k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}, and Tim Woodson asked how much he had back. Nye said it was about 9,000, and Woodson put him all in.

"Queen-nine of clubs?" Nye asked. "Whatever, I'm not gonna fold a flush."

He put his chips in.

"You have a flush, you're good," Woodson said.

Nye flicked {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs} into the middle and Woodson showed he was drawing dead with an inferior flush: {5-Clubs}{4-Clubs}.

Woodson Finds a Double

Level 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

A player in early position bet 1,800 on a {k-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Spades} flop, and Tim Woodson shoved all in from the button for 9,900. The big blind thought a bit and pushed his stack of 15,000 or so in. The bettor folded, and Woodson turned over {7-Spades}{5-Spades} for a flopped flush. The big blind showed {k-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for two pair, and the board ran out {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs} to keep Woodson best.

After the hand, the other player said he had {k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}.
