Jennifer Gianera Wins Event #2: $180 Deepstack After Four-Way Deal

The second of the inaugural RunGood Poker Series (RGPS) at Jamul Casino was the $180 Deepstack, a tournament that drew 211 runners and offered up a $29,540 prize pool.

The top 27 players got paid including Ronald Segni (5th - $1,420), Tavish Margers (8th - $860), David Avina (12th - $620), Conrado Parker (15th - $530), Kevin Tatum (19th - $355), Shannon Zigner (25th - $220), and Bryan Lukie (27th - $220).

In the end, the final four worked a deal and opted to play for the title. Coming out on top was Jennifer Gianera, who won the second All-Stars Ring of the series and $6,050 in prize money.

Moreno Hits Straight, Gets Paid

Johnnie Moreno, on the button, and Eric Bradford each put 300 into the pot on the flop.

Bradford bet 800 on the turn, and Moreno called.

Bradford checked the river, Moreno bet 2,200, and Bradford went into the tank. He eventually made the call, and Moreno tabled the winner with for the straight.
