Lucas Coolers an Opponent

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Solange Lucas
Solange Lucas

Action was picked up after the cards were on the back and both players all in for on a board reading {2-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

Opponent: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Solange Lucas: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Both players had flopped a set with Lucas' set being higher. The turn and river came out the {a-Diamonds} and the {7-Clubs} giving no improvement to the jacks and Lucas' had her opponent just covered by 1,000 chips with her 34,100.

Kranz Doubles Through Henson

Level 8 : 400/800, 800 ante

Kyle Kranz had four-bet all-in for about 35,000 after some action preflop between he and Ray Henson and when the other players got out of the way, Henson called.

Kyle Kranz: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Ray Henson: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

The flop came out {10-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Kranz stood up out of his chair in frustration and Henson had pulled ahead, leaving him with two outs. Lucky for him the turn {a-Clubs} gave Kranz the better hand and the river {j-Clubs} did not improve the pocket tens and Kranz received the full double.

Franz Hits The River

Level 7 : 300/600, 600 ante

Action was picked up on the flop reading {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Hearts} and saw Kyle Franz check-call a bet of 3,200 from an opponent.

The turn and river checked through as the {2-Hearts}{8-Hearts} both hit the board and both players showed their hand down. Franz turned over {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for three of a kind and the opponent quickly flashed a {j-Spades} before mucking and giving Franz the pot.
