Daniel Hamm opened to 3,500 in late position and in the hijack, Kaleb Dunn moved all in for 45,000 which only Ha Nguyen called in the small blind. Hamm folded his 7♣7♦ face up and the other two players turned up their hands.
Kaleb Dunn: 10♦10♥
Ha Nguyen: 9♣9♦
The board ran out 6♣6♦K♦K♠A♠ and Dunn's kings and tens was good enough to take down the pot as he doubled at the expense of Nguyen.
Taylor Howard raised to 3,000 from middle position which saw only the small blind call.
The flop of 3♦Q♠J♥ checked through to the 8♥ turn that saw the small blind check-call a bet of 3,000 from Howard.
The river came out a K♦ and the small blind checked once more to Howard who bet 5,000 which the small blind called.
Howard turned over K♣J♦ for kings and jacks which was good as the small blind mucked his hand.
The clock read 188 players as the players returned to their seats. Play will continue until just 23 players remain, who will then bag up and return on Sunday.
