A player opened to 7,000 in late position which saw a player in the hijack call and Dan Hamm called in the big blind.

The flop came out 2A3 and Hamm checked to the late position player who continued for 9,000 which prompted a raise in the hijack to 28,000. In the big blind, Dan Hamm re-raised to 100,000 and the late position player call while the hijack shook his head and folded.

On the 7 turn, Hamm moved all in for 218,000 effective and the late position called to create the biggest pot of the tournament over the course of three days.

The first open event of the RGPS St. Louis Road Trip kicked off on Tuesday, September 26th at 5 pm. Event #2: $250 Opener event saw 200 entrants make an even $40,000 in the prizepool that paid out 25 spots.

It was Ryan Kinder who ended up collecting his first RGPS ring after a close call at last year’s Tulsa stop. A heads up deal was made and Kinder was joined on the rail by his brothers and fathers, all of whom play poker.
