Klaus Chops an Early One

With around 1,000 in the middle, Mallory Klaus calls a bet of 900 on the button from her middle position opponent on a flop board reading 8♥5♣4♦.

The two players saw a 4♠ turn and Klaus called another bet from her opponent, this time for 1,200.

The river fell the 6♣ and the middle position player bet 3,000. Klaus raised to 8,300 and got the quick call.

Klaus turned over A♦7♦, and her opponent 7♠7♥ for an eight-high straight to chop it up.
