Karwowski Out Pips Aguilar

Henry Karwowski began the action with a raise to 2,500 from early position and was called by Manuel Aguilar on the button.

Karwowski continued on the 8♣9♣7♠ flop to the tune of 6,000 and was called again by Aguilar.

Both players checked the 5♣ turn to bring on the 2♠ river.

Karwowski checked the river, which led to a bet of 6,000 from Aguilar. Karwowski quickly called to send them to a showdown.

Aguilar showed J♥J♣, but Karwowski held the better hand as he revealed Q♠Q♥ for a better pair to scoop the pot.
