Cameron Smith opened from middle position and was called by Lenny Hiner in the hijack, Chad Shuff in the cutoff, and Jeremy Hendricks in the big blind.
On the K♠7♠4♠ flop, the action checked to Hiner who bet 6,000.
With the action on Shuff, he declared, "Welp, I guess this is my time," as he jammed for his final 11,700. It folded back to Hiner who quickly put in the call.
Chad Shuff: A♠9♠
Lenny Hiner: A♦K♦
Shuff flopped the nut flush and held through the Q♦3♥ runout to collect the full double at the expense of Hiner, who has gotten off to a fast start himself.

Action was picked up on the turn in a pot with 7,000 in the middle between Eric Douglas from middle position and Eric Marsh from the cutoff.
With the board reading J♣10♦3♦A♣, Douglas checked to Marsh who bet 6,000. Douglas responded with a check-jam for 22,200, and Marsh called it off as the slightly covering stack.
Eric Douglas: K♦Q♠
Eric Marsh: 10♠10♥
"Pair the board, baby!" pleaded Marsh as the 9♣ river failed to complete his wish, and Douglas collected a massive double with his straight.

Ha Nguyen opened to 1,100 from under the gun before Ashley Frank three-bet to 2,500 next to act, and Nguyen quickly called.
On the K♥9♣5♥ flop, Nguyen opted to lead for 1,500 and Frank weighed her options before she elected to call.
Nguyen slowed down with a check on the 9♥ turn. Frank put out a bet of 4,000, sending Nguyen into the tank for a minute before he decided to lay it down, as Frank has continued to accumulate chips early.
