Action was picked up on the K♦J♥9♠ flop in a hand between Brent Gregory from the cutoff, Clevon May on the button, and the big blind. The action checked to May who bet 3,000 and only Gregory called.
The 7♣ turn checked through to the 7♥ river which saw Gregory check for a third time. May fired out for 7,000 which sent Gregory into the tank for around 30 seconds before he flicked in the call.
"Good call," conceded May as he tabled A♥Q♦ for ace high. Gregory held Q♣J♦ for the second pair hero call as he dragged the pot.
Timothy Sipe opened the cutoff and was called by the button and Robert Wilson in the big blind.
On the K♦9♥2♦ flop, Sipe continued for 2,500 and both opponents called.
The 5♠ peeled off on the turn. Sipe did not slow down as he fired a second barrel for 6,100. The button responded with a raise to 15,000. In the big blind, Robert Wilson jammed for his remaining 14,400, and Sipe laid it down after some consideration.
Robert Wilson: K♥9♣
Button: K♣10♠
Wilson had to fade three outs on the Q♥ river as he got the full double.

Mark Munger limped the cutoff, William Willis called from the button, Kyle Case completed the small blind, and Michael Miller checked his option in the big blind.
On the Q♠10♠2♦ flop, Case lead for 2,100 from the small blind. Miller and Munger folded before Willis jammed for his remaining 7,500 or so, and Case snap-called.
William Willis: 10♦9♣
Kyle Case: Q♣6♠
Willis needed some help to survive as the 2♠ reduced his outs from five to two. The 9♦ river gave him two pair but it was inferior to the queens and deuces of Case who scored an early elimination.

Freeman Allen opened to 1,300 from under the gun and was called by Robert Wilson next to act as well as Jeffrey Riebeling on the button.
On the Q♥8♠5♦ flop, the action checked to Riebeling who bet 3,000 and only Allen called.
The turn brought the 9♦. Riebeling fired a second barrel for 5,000 and Allen stuck around with a quick call.
On the K♥ river, Allen checked for a third time to Riebeling who bet 6,000 effective, enough to put Allen all-in. Allen flashed 7♥7♣ as he mucked and Riebeling dragged a sizeable pot early without showdown.
