Sabbaghian Wins Against Sandberg

Erick Torres

Level 30 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Sasha Sabbaghian raised to 500,000 from the cutoff before William Sandberg defended his big blind to send them to a flop.

The 8♠Q♥2♦ flop led to a bet from Sandberg for 350,000, which was called by Sabbaghian.

Both players checked the 9♠ turn before the 6♦ peeled on the river.

Sandberg bet 500,000, and was called by Sabbaghian.

Sandberg showed 8♦7♦ for a pair of eights, but it was no good as Sabbaghian showed Q♣10♠ for a pair of queens.
