Robert Hoag limped in the hijack and the player on the button bumped it up to 1,800. Hoag called the two saw a flop of 5♠5♥8♥.

Both players checked to the 6♣ turn where action went check-check once more.

The K♣ fell on the river and Hoag led out with a bet of 3,000. The button called and Hoag tabled K♥3♥ for two pair, kings and fives to take down the pot.

Guillermo Castillo raised to 2,400 in middle position, Fadi Moshi flatted in the cutoff, and Robert Hoag called in the big blind.

The flop came 8♦5♦10♠, Hoag checked, Castillo bet 3,500, and Moshi called. Hoag decided to get out of the way.

On the 7♣ turn, Castillo sized up with a bet of 12,000. Moshi thought for a moment before tossing his cards into the muck and the pot was pushed Castillo's way.
